Pastor: Roland Contreras

Revolve (v.) - to orbit a central point; rotate. Synonomous with turn.
We know what it's like to be young and and crazy in today's culture. With peer pressure, fads and a desire to be part of the in-crowd, a generation of ipods, blackberries, texting, myspace & facebook, it's easy to forget what really matters.
Here at Revolve, you'll hang out with people your own age and who go through the same struggles that you do. You'll discover that we break the stereotype about church and learn ways to honor and worship God in ways that are real, meaningful and most of all - authententic!
We meet on:
Sunday - 9:00 AM (Sunday School) & 5:30 PM (Small Group)
Wednesday - 7:00 PM (Student Church)
*What happens in Sunday School? We use Sunday School as more of a teaching time. During the hour of Sunday School, we have some free time to play a round of pool, some video games and just hang out. After our free time, we continue with our walk through the bible. We study it historical context as well as its moral and spiritual applications. We are currently walking through the Old Testament.
*What happens in Small Group? Small group time is a real laid back setting that takes place in our gym. Students play some soccer, football or basketball then circle up for discussion about the morning's sermon. There is also time for some questions and answers. Afterwards the students join up with other small goups for supper.
*What happens in Student Church? This is by far the most popular and most attended gathering of the week. Student church is a church service for students with a twist. We have time set aside for pool, video games, ping-pong and hanging out. Then depending on the schedule we'll have anything from an improv show to just a time of random facts. We then open our service with praise and worship and close it with a message from our youth pastor.
